Aftab Moosa

After graduating from Otago in 2009 and a couple of years in Whakatane, I settled into private practice back home in Auckland and have not looked back since. My practice revolves around digital dentistry and empowering patients with information, so they can make good decisions around informed consent. I am currently an Invisalign Clinical Speaker and work as a Business Development Manager for Lumino- that's just a fancy title for a job I love- speaking with other dentists, especially students and recent graduates to share insights and offer tips and tricks I wish I knew when I was a new dentist!

You are about to embark on a long, satisfying, rewarding career but there are a few pitfalls at the beginning, and I hope to shed some light on these, so you don't necessarily make the same mistakes I did. You will have plenty of time to ask questions directly so please bring any that we can help with.

Cameron Roling

I graduated from Otago University with a BDS in 2011 and since then have worked in a variety of private practices in and around Auckland. After 5 years of this, I had had enough and decided to head over to London.

While there, I found work as a Clinical Specialist for Align Technology (Invisalign) and the experience totally changed my perspective on cosmetic dentistry, treatment planning and practice management.

After finding time for stints in Invercargill and Paris (two quite different cities) I’m now back in Auckland in a Lumino practice on Auckland’s North Shore.
