Working at Lumino has been the perfect start to my career. I have had amazing support from the other dentists and my practice manager. They are always answering questions or popping into my room if I need a hand with anything. Lumino also encouraged me to do my Invisalign course earlier this year and supported me in any way they could afterwards.

– Alex Summerfield, Dentist at Lumino Ponsonby

As a new graduate, there is so much support available. Whether this be one-on-one mentoring, or after work groups to discuss cases. It is really helpful and reassuring to have someone in your corner.

– Harriet Kendrick, Dentist at Lumino Milton

I've had great support from experienced colleagues who are always willing to help out and mentor. Lumino offers webinars and workshops, which have helped me grow as a clinician.

Graduate Programme

Each year we hold and attend specific final year and graduate events for Dentists and Oral Health Therapists at Otago University and AUT. We like to meet new people coming into the industry, and where possible we like to have our own clinicians offer guidance and support as they embark on their careers.

Regardless of your role, we prefer to put any individual who is at the beginning of their career into an environment where they have the learning, mentoring and support they need.
